Do you offer any guarantee? 

We offer only verified coins. You will not find fake coins with unclear authenticity in our e-shop. All coins are covered by our guarantee of authenticity and, of course, the legal return and withdrawal period of 14 days after purchase.    

Are the photos on your e-shop authentic?

We take our own photos of all advertised items on our e-shop. We pride ourselves on the authenticity of the photos to best represent the condition of the coin offered. We do not use photos downloaded from the internet. All our photos are subject to our copyright and may not be distributed in any way without our permission.  

How do you package and ship coins?

We send securely packed coins via Czech Post or UPS. We ship discreetly so that only the sender and the recipient of the shipment are listed on the packaging. This way, it is not obvious at a glance what is contained in the shipment.
